CARR Leadership Training offers a variety of services grounded in individual assessment. We create professional growth in emerging leaders by providing them with personal insight and pairing them with a professional consultant for ongoing mentoring.
Carr professionals bring a wealth of experience and knowledge together with a counseling style which they have employed to help both emerging and struggling leaders turn their organizations around. As with all of Carr’s other services, any suggestions rest upon data collected through our assessment processes.
Carr has developed an online training program specifically for non-profit leaders who are often in small organizations and have limited access to mentors who can help them to develop the skills they need to succeed. It utilizes data to identify training needs and deliver learning modules through a self-paced, mentored, online leadership development tool.
We have partnered with experienced leaders to provide guidance and several non-profit resource development and planned giving consultants to offer both technical training and sales training.
